Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. We do our best to ensure that orders are fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. However, shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays once your package leaves our warehouse.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost; those costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for packages in certain countries. These charges are solely the responsibility of the recipient and are implemented by the importing country. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. We do not receive any duties or customs charges incurred from your packages.

Tracking information is not always accurate outside of the US when using USPS First-Class Mail International Services. If you would like accurate tracking information for your package, please select either Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International during checkout.

International orders typically arrive in 1-4 weeks. Occasionally orders may be delayed at customs and could take up to 10 weeks to arrive. If your order has not arrived within 10 weeks, please contact us at redefiningspinabifida@gmail.com.

Our online store operates in US Dollars. Your bank statement will reflect the price of your order in your country’s currency.
